Based in Luton, Cardale Garage Doors have been manufacturing garage doors for over 40 years. Under new ownership since early 2010. Cardale produce components, frames and counterbalance gear systems, as well as numerous styles of door panel. The Cardale Maximiser gear and Cardale Safe-lift gear systems are used on all Cardale doors, as well as all Wessex and Woodrite doors. Cardale Maximiser gear is well known in the industry for being quick and easy to fit and offering maximum drive-through width on single doors upto 8ft wide.

Cardale manufacture steel, plastisol-coated steel, timber, glassfibre (GRP), ABS and side-hinged garage doors. They also manufacture the Cardale Thermoglide and Cardale Steel-line roller garage door.

All doors come with a 10 year safe and reliable guarantee and minimum 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee.

The plastisol range of doors is a competitively priced, fully finished steel garage door. Available in white only. Cardale also offer a wide range of factory finished doors in a range of deep textured paint finishes.
Steel doors also available in Rosewood and Golden Oak foil laminate. Very attractive wood-look doors without maintenance.

The new range of timber garage doors from Cardale are manufactured in Brackley by Woodrite Doors. An excellent product using Woodrite knowhow with timber and Cardale experience in mechanism design and manufacture.

Cardale ABS doors are gloss white, seamless doors, very popular with the double-glazing trade due to the excellent match with UPVC doors and windows. They are impact resistant and have deep panel detail.

The previous owners of Cardale offered the Carteck Sectional garage door, made in Germany by Teckentrupp. Cardale current do not offer a sectional door, however. The Teckentrupp Carteck door is still available in the U.K. via Arridge Garage Doors, at discount.
